I just received this email message from one of my university students…
” I was worried that when I signed up for an on-line course that I would miss
out on some of the learning because of the lack of classroom but in reality
I have learned so much. Being able to email you with my questions makes the
learning much more specific and geared to exactly what I need to know. You
are making this such a great experience I just can’t thank you enough.”
so… I need to pass it forward… Thanks, Nate! You own part of this.

I agree with your student. I, too, am impressed with getting my questions answered which does not always occur in a traditional classroom because students are afraid to bring them up in front of their peers especially during the first weeks of a class. You must be doing a good job of establishing trust and rapport.

Thanks, Eileen – some days, better than others. Heck, some MINUTES better than others. It’s a process… and a 2-way street. Some days I ride down the street in a chariot, and other days, I step in it.
